Common Watch questions
Q:Bone conduction headphones produce intermittent sound when submerged in water.
A:1. Confirm that the problem only occurs underwater.
2. Set the headphone mode to MP3 mode. Since Bluetooth signals cannot penetrate water, the swimming headphones with built-in storage do not support underwater Bluetooth mode. Triple-click the MFB button to set the headphones to MP3 mode. The voice prompt "MP3 mode" indicates that the setting is successful.
3. Check the audio file format. Check if the audio file in the headphones is a supported format. If the file format is incompatible, the audio will not be able to play.
(Note: The swimming headphones support the following file formats: MP3, FLAC, WMA, WAV, APE.)
4. Still no luck? If you have tried all the above methods but still encounter the same problem, please contact customer service for further support.
